A Family-owned car universe
Selected Car Group has united passion and love for cars since 1992, when the first car in what would become Selected Car Collection was acquired. Since then, the company has evolved through a series of strategic milestones.
Today, Selected Car Group is jointly owned by Selfinvest and Lars Larsen Group, with ownership equally shared between Torben Østergaard-Nielsen and Jacob Brunsborg. As a sister company to USTC, Selected Car Group operates independently under the Selfinvest umbrella backed by stable, long-term family ownership.

Selected Car Group operates across nine specialised automotive brands, supported by a highly specialised team of more than 100 automotive professionals with deep industry knowledge, international networks, and a shared passion for performance.
With operations across six locations, including state-of-the-art facilities in Middelfart and a fully renovated showroom and collection space in Silkeborg, the Group’s physical footprint reflects the premium nature of its business. Selected Car Group’s first international expansion was also established in the summer of 2024 by opening the Düsseldorf division of Selected Car Investment.
