From In-House IT to a Strategic Digital Powerhouse
Unit IT’s story is rooted in USTC, originally formed as an internal IT function serving USTC’s global companies. Unit IT became a standalone company, Outforce, in 2003. Following the acquisitions of MindZet and it-Craft in 2016, the three companies merged in 2019 to form Unit IT.
Today, Unit IT is a fast-growing tech company with its own identity, customers, and market position, all while continuing to serve much of the Group’s digital infrastructure needs.
