WORKER?


We are looking for our new student worker to join our office in Copenhagen for a period of up to 7 month, during our busy cruise ship season, with a possibility of extending the contract after the season. The business environment is hands-on and involves a daily contact with customers, suppliers, national authorities and other business partners. You will have the opportunity to develop a broad shipping knowledge by being part of a shipping company with many different business activities, but with a main focus on cruise ships.

 


YOU’LL PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN:

·Assist with invoicing in different softwares for the different clients and following different instructions

·Assist Immigrations formalities 

·Assist with purchases, customs and deliveries

·Assist with processing of supplier invoices

The working hours can be scheduled from Monday to Friday between 08.00 and 17.00.

 


DESIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Currently enrolled in a Danish University or Business Academy studying Business Administration or similar

Strong administrative and communication skills

Critical thinking, organized and detail-oriented mindset

Ability to act independently both when dealing with operational and administrative tasks

Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken, is a prerequisite

Required to have a valid driving license (category B)

Must have the right to live and work in the EU
