As our Intern, you will collaborate closely with experienced traders and operations specialists, supporting the daily administration of fuel supply for vessels.

Your main tasks will include:

• Assisting with data entry and system migration to our Trading Platform, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of information
• Supporting trade documentation and maintaining records across multiple systems to streamline operations
• Updating client profiles and contributing to compliance processes
• Coordinating post-fixture operations, including communication with agents and verifying supply plans to ensure smooth fuel deliveries

Your profile
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who is comfortable with administrative tasks and data management.

In addition, we imagine that you are:

• Studying or recently graduated in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Maritime, Business)
• Interested in developing skills relevant to commodity trading, shipping, or energy markets
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling
• A clear communicator in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with Excel VBA/macros or Python will be a plus
