About the role

You will join our Crewing department at Uni-Tankers’ headquarters in Middelfart and become part of a dynamic, international organization operating a fleet of approximately 40 vessels worldwide. The Crewing team has a central role in the company, ensuring that our vessels are always fully compliant and staffed with the right people at the right time.

You will work closely with skilled colleagues who share a deep sense of responsibility and a common vision to deliver premium solutions to our customers.

Expected travel activity is approximately 10–20 days per year.

Key responsibilities

• Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned vessels and their crews
• Planning and executing crew changes, including rescheduling when required
• Coordinating travel for approximately 450 seafarers worldwide
• Planning and handling of our annual Crew Conferences
• Maintaining crew data and certificates in the OMEGA system
• Supporting ad hoc tasks related to vessel operations.

About you

You bring experience from the maritime industry and/or from sailing, and you are comfortable working in a complex operational environment with many moving parts. You have planning and coordination skills and are used to balancing multiple priorities. Project management experience is an advantage.

Clear and respectful communication comes naturally to you, and you enjoy working with people from different cultures and backgrounds. You are structured, reliable, and able to stay focused even when the pace is high.
