The role

You will become part of the Sales Execution Desk in Copenhagen, working closely with experienced Strategic Account Managers and internal stakeholders. The role combines market execution, client interaction, and continuous development of commercial processes in a time-sensitive and regulated environment. You will work with customers as they are affected by the reduction of emissions, uptake of sustainable fuels, and wider ESG topics that directly influence their bottom line. This could be international clients across several segments including distributors, traders, industrials, shipping, suppliers, airlines and more.

Your day-to-day tasks include:

• Execute financial derivatives transactions with precision, efficiency, and sound commercial judgment
• Engage with clients to understand their business and provide relevant market insights in close collaboration with account managers
• Identify and implement improvements to execution processes as the business evolves

Additionally, there is a significant emphasis on teamwork to ensure support and coverage across all time zones, where you will play a pivotal role in the overall customer service experience and GRM's continuous growth journey.

We are looking for a candidate with a clear interest in financial and commodity markets and a keen motivation to develop within energy derivatives and execution.

In addition, you:

• Communicate clearly and professionally, processing and relaying information quickly and accurately
• Work proficiently with numbers and maintain a high level of attention to detail

• Demonstrate high ethical standards and personal integrity, which is essential in a regulated environment
