Execution Specialist - Swedish & Nordic Markets

Are you a logistics professional with deep experience in the Swedish market? Do you thrive in an international environment where no two days are the same? CM Biomass is looking for an Execution Specialist to join our Copenhagen-based team, someone who can hit the ground running on our Swedish domestic freight operations while also getting direct experience in international container trade and global bulk shipping.

About the Role

As Execution Specialist, your primary focus will be supporting our Sweden-based colleague, in managing trucking and domestic freight logistics across Sweden. Over time, your tasks may extend to include Finland and Norway.

Alongside this, you will contribute to our container trade operations and take part in our wider Execution team activities in Copenhagen while also covering coaster and handy trade worldwide. The split between the Swedish market focus and broader Execution work is expected to be roughly 50/50, though this will naturally evolve as the business grows.

A key part of this role is building overlap and operational continuity within the Execution team – ensuring we can cover each other and maintain continuity across markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic trucking and freight logistics in Sweden
• Support container trade operations as part of the wider Execution team
• Assist with coaster and handy trade tasks across global markets
• Ensure accurate entries and updates in our ERP system
• Build productive relationships with carriers, agents, and logistics partners
• Contribute to continuous improvement of transport flows and execution processes
• Support the Execution team's ability to overlap and cover across functions and markets

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Is native or fluent in Swedish – alternatively fluent in Norwegian
• Has solid knowledge of logistics; experience from a shipping line, freight forwarder, or logistics agency is a strong advantage
• Is familiar with biomass or bulk commodity logistics is a plus, but not a requirement
• Is structured, detail-oriented approach to your work
• Are Comfortable working independently while staying closely connected to your team
• Has good professional English skills – our working language in Copenhagen
