Job Description

HR Systems & Insights Specialist – USTC

Are you motivated by making HR systems work smarter and managing projects that create real business value? Do you want to help shape how USTC manage, improve and continuously develop our HRIS and other key systems? Then you could be our new colleague.

In our complex setup of independent companies across diverse industries, this role offers a unique opportunity to challenge yourself, broaden your experience and build on your existing skill set in an international and global environment.
You will become part of USTC Group HR, and join our Leadership and Development team, consisting of 4 dedicated colleagues. The position is based in Middelfart, and you will report to the Head of Leadership and Development.

Drive HR system development and continuous improvement across USTC
In this role, you will help ensure that our HR systems run smoothly and effectively while supporting system enhancements. You will act as SPOC on our HR systems. A key part of the role will simultaneously be to run the LEAP process, our employee engagement survey, in collaboration with the Head of L&D and support managers in translating insights into action.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the day-to-day operations of our HRIS platform and HR Cube
  • System administration and support – maintenance of various IT systems such as CatalystOne, Qualtrics, Talentech, Betterworks etc.
  • Data analysis and HR reporting – supporting colleagues and managers with data, reports and surveys, while turning people data into clear insights
  • Facilitating system training for managers across the Group
  • Working closely with various stakeholders across the Group to improve HR processes and system governance
  • Contributing to system transformation and implementation projects

An analytical professional with a structured and proactive approach
With a positive, collaborative and open approach, you build trust with leaders and HR Business Partners. As a team player, you thrive in a diverse team, working cross-organisationally and across the HR value chain. You build strong stakeholder relationships and take a pragmatic approach to process improvements, focusing on initiatives that support business needs and create value. Independent, focused and hands-on, you take pride in working with HRIS and thrive in an agile environment where no task is too small, and where system development, project management and cross-functional collaboration are key to succeeding in the role.

Furthermore, you bring:

  • Solid understanding of systems- and process optimisation
  • Experience in project management and system implementation
  • Experience with Power BI, survey design and reporting, with the ability to turn data into clear and actionable insights
  • Experience and curiosity in using AI to improve processes, insights and ways of working
  • General to higher experience with Excel
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience from a similar position
  • Solid commercial business acumen and interest
  • Are excellent in both written and spoken Danish and English

We do not expect you to know everything from day one. What matters most is that you bring curiosity, structure and a collaborative mindset - and that you are comfortable working across international teams while navigating shifting priorities.
