Job Description
Are you an organized and proactive professional who enjoys creating structure and keeping things running smoothly? If so, you may be the right candidate to become the new Office Manager at CM Biomass.
The position is part-time (Approx 25 hours per week) and limited to 6 months with the possibility for extension.
You will join our dynamic Copenhagen office, which serves as the heart of CM Biomass’s global operations. Here, you will be part of a supportive and energetic team that values collaboration, structure, and a positive workplace atmosphere. Reporting directly to the EA/PA to CEO in the Copenhagen office, you will ensure that the office runs smoothly and provides an inspiring environment for colleagues across all functions.
A structured and operational sparring partner
As our Part-Time Office Manager, you will create a welcoming, spotless and efficient office environment, and your work will cover office logistics, vendor coordination, events, and facilities, all contributing to an organized and positive workplace. With your proactive mindset and attention to detail.
Your main responsibilities include:
Office Administration & Coordination: Manage day-to-day office operations, such as preparing for meetings, welcome guests and ensuring order deliveries for the kitchen.
Facilities & Supplies Management: Oversee office facilities, manage suppliers, order office supplies, and ensure the office environment is functional and well-organized.
Primary Point of Contact for Daily Office Administration: Serve as the go-to person for all day-to-day office-related matters, handling questions, requests, and practical issues from employees and management.
Financial & Administrative Support: Support invoicing, expense tracking, purchase orders, and coordination with accounting.
Travel Support: Ad Hoc support cross functions with travel arrangements.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, we envision that you have previous experience in a similar role, offering high-level support and service. However, we want to emphasize that while educational background is not crucial, it is essential that candidates possess a strong sense of organization, determination, and willpower.
The ability to maintain order, show initiative, and exhibit resilience is far more important than specific academic qualifications
. Fluency in both Danish and English, both written and verbal, is essential - you will work in an inspiring environment with colleagues from different cultures, so being comfortable speaking English is key.
Other people describe you as a highly organized and service-minded individual, constantly staying informed and having the ability to work on different tasks simultaneously. You produce high-quality work with attention to detail.
