Your Team

You will join a growing Product Development Team, working alongside experienced sales and product colleagues. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will be a key contributor in developing and implementing innovative solutions that address the complex challenges of bunker trading, fuel supply, and risk management for our global shipping clients. Pursuing Engineering Excellence and Team Synergy

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in advancing innovation and delivering customer value by helping implementing engineering best practices in an agile environment. You will contribute to shaping our technical architecture, mentor team members, and support a positive, cooperative work environment. Your technical proficiency will be instrumental in ensuring our platform scales effectively to meet the demands of the global maritime fuel market.

More specifically, your responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable auction features using .NET and React.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through diligent testing practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Assist in complex problem-solving and identifying and resolving issues as needed.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity.
• Mentor and train team members, supporting their skill development and career growth.

Experienced Engineer with Modern Technology Proficiency

We are looking for a software engineer with a demonstrated ability to deliver impactful projects and a commitment to building systems that create real business value. You understand the importance of balancing technical excellence with pragmatic delivery in a results-oriented environment.

Additionally, you have the following qualifications:

• Substantial experience as a software engineer working on web applications.
• Solid experience in the ReactJS ecosystem, including state management and component-based architecture.
• Practical experience with full-stack development in the .NET ecosystem and the Azure cloud.
• Extensive skills in SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Proficient in understanding CI/CD, DevOps, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Good knowledge of authentication protocols and flows, such as OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, software design patterns, and system scalability principles.
• Good communication skills to support knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• You demonstrate a high level of English, spoken and written
