Job Description
Are you structured and service‑minded, looking to kick‑start your career in an international company? Can you think methodically and translate complex information into clear processes that everyone can follow?
If this sounds like you, please keep reading.
We are looking for a structured and detail‑oriented student to join our IT Governance and Contract Team in Bunker Holding Group IT. IT Governance and Contract focuses on creating value for the IT organisation through governance, transparency, and quality in processes and contract support.
We invite you to apply if you value structure, service, and clear communication, and if you have an interest in governance, processes, or contract work — or want to learn more about these areas.
About the job
You will become part of the
IT Governance and Contract team, where we work with process structure, documentation, vendor follow‑up and contract transparency across the IT organisation. Together, we create structure, clarity, and control in a complex IT landscape.
We do not expect you to be a specialist in governance or contracts yet, but you must be curious about learning how we work with processes, documentation, supplier management and extracting relevant data from IT contracts.
The position is part‑time, approximately 15-20 hours per week, and we will help you balance your studies with the job. Your primary location will be in Middelfart, with physical attendance 2 days a week.
A typical working day will consist of both independent tasks and more routine activities.
Your primary tasks will include:
- Extracting and structuring data from IT contracts
- Supporting the development and maintenance of IT governance processes and documentation
- Planning and coordinating content and communication
- Supporting vendor management and follow‑up on reporting
- Assisting with contract renewals by providing structured data and overviews
Ad hoc governance, process, and communication tasks. We offer you an exciting opportunity to grow through practical tasks that will improve your professional profile. You will be part of Bunker Holding’s IT department, Group IT, which has an ambitious digital agenda.
About you
We are looking for someone who is thorough, responsible, and systematic. Can you solve tasks in a structured way and deliver them on time? Are you curious about IT governance, processes, and contract support? If so, you might be the person we’re looking for.
We imagine you bring:
- Flair for understanding complex texts and attention to detail
- Interest in analysis, process understanding, and data structuring
- Ability to plan and coordinate meetings and activities
- A systematic working style and focus on precision
We also expect:
- You are studying a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree — for example IT Communication & Design, Commercial Law (cand.merc.jur / law), International Business Communication, Information Management, Digitalisation, or similar
- You are a proficient user of Microsoft 365, including Excel and PowerPoint
- You communicate effectively in both Danish and English
- You are interested in agile methodologies and general IT organisational work
We value a positive and supportive mindset. We want you to collaborate well with others and approach tasks with enthusiasm, regardless of their size. In return, we commit to supporting and further developing your professional growth.
Ready to Apply?
If this sounds like the opportunity you have been looking for, we encourage you to submit your application and CV. We review applications continuously and will schedule interviews as soon as we identify strong candidates.
