Our headquarters is located in Middelfart, the very city where Torben Østergaard-Nielsen took over the company and set the course for what USTC has become today.
Over time, USTC has evolved far beyond being a holding company. It now functions as the central hub of our conglomerate, enabling the Group to work seamlessly together. From the USTC Headquarters, we provide strategic guidance and operational support to our ownership, executive management, and every company within the USTC Group.
Our headquarters bring together key Group functions that strengthen collaboration and drive performance across the organisation. These include Group Communications, Group HR, Group ESG, Tax, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Risk Management, all working in close partnership to ensure we remain aligned and well-positioned for the future.
